It was a day filled with muddy hands, excited squeals, and the thrill discovery.

The　children had an amazing time in the sweet potato field, searching for big and small  sweet potatoes.The best part was hearing “I found one!” and “Look at this sweet potato! It´s so cute!” echoing across the field with their laughter. Working together, the children dug up the stubborn sweet potatoes and proudly compared their “sweet potato treasures.”

Here’s what we learned from this wonderful adventure.　

1.Patience and Persistence

 The children learned that importance of trying again and again, carefully digging

Through the soil to find what´s hidden beneath.

2.Where Food Comes From

They discovered that sweet potatoes grow in the ground and don’t just appear in a bag at the supermarket.

3.Respect for Nature

They deepened their appreciation for nature and the food it provides.

The children were so excited to bring their harvested sweet potatoes home and proudly show them to their families

What a day filled with excitement, adventure, fun and learnings.

泥だらけの手、ワクワクした叫び声、そして発見のスリルに満ちた一日でした。

子どもたちは大きなものから小さなｖものまで、夢中になってさつまいもを探しました。

「見つけた！」「見て!このさつまいも!かわいい！」という声が畑いっぱいに響き、子どもたちは協力しながらなかなか抜けないさつまいもを掘り起こし、自分たちの“さつまいもの宝物”を誇らしげに見せ合っていました。

この素晴らしい体験から学んだこと。

1.忍耐とあきらめない気持ち

　子どもたちは、「何度も挑戦して掘ってみること」のの大切さを学びました。

　土の中には目に見えない　“かくれた宝物”　があることを知ったのです。

2.食べ物の出どころ

　さつまいもは土の中で育つこと、そしてスーパーに並ぶ前にはこうして誰かが収穫していることを発見しました。

3. 自然への敬意　

    自然とその恵みに対する感謝の気持ちがより深まりました。

収穫したさつまいもを家に持ち帰り、家族に見せることを子どもたちはとても楽しみにしていました。ワクワク地発見、学びと喜びに満ちた一日となりました。
